We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. the superior room was fantastic, spacious and very clean. the comfortable bed was a real highlight. Service was excellent, from the helpful staff at check-in to the friendly bartender and restaurant staff. Breakfast was satisfying with a great selection of dishes. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local shops and bars. the swimming pool was fantastic and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit too strong and should have been placed away from the bed.

During my Easter stay at a hotel in Kapchagay, I found two great advantages. the hotel offered superior rooms for the price of a regular room. the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel is located in a prime location, close to shopping and entertainment centers. Lastly, I appreciated the option to request room service at any time of the day.

My overall experience was negatively impacted by the substandard breakfast. Although it wasn't included in the price, it was advertised as being available at the hotel bar.

I had a fantastic New Year stay at this hotel. the wonderful staff made me feel very welcome from check, in to check, out. the location was perfect, situated just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. I was impressed by the variety of activities offered, including a New Year's Eve party and live music. the spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. the hotel also offered a delicious buffet breakfast and an on, site bar for convenient dining.

the room temperature was a bit too warm for my liking, and the air conditioning unit was difficult to adjust.
